If you love beach, don't forget to write Kudat in your travel bucket-list. The beach sunset is incredibly beautiful and you are going to be amaze by the golden hour.
We planned to escape from reality for a little while and headed to Kudat for a much needed time for ourselves. We were so much high spirited as we prepared for our trip two months ago. Our plan went on the third day of Chinese new year. We departed from Kota Kinabalu at 10.00am and it took 3 hours drive through Tuaran, Kota Belud & Kota Marudu. As our journey further up, we made a few pit stop for add on grocery and restroom use.

We booked the entire home stay for 9 person at cost of RM362.62. It is located at Lorong Orkid and a lot of shop in the immediate vicinity. The home stay provided 3 rooms and 2 washrooms, good for a short and long stay. Guest are allowed to cook but dishes and utensil need to be cleaned after use. Recommended for family & group stay. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
